How does a session unfold?

Workout Of The Day

A new WOD (Workout Of the Day) is offered every day, no one does not know its content in advance. People who register for a time slot will the same WOD as those who will come for the rest of the day.
Of course, the coaches adapt the exercises to each person's level. CrossFit is aimed at Moreover, it's for everyone, and that's one of the great qualities of this sport.

Each session lasts between 45 minutes and 1 hour and is structured as follows:

  • Mobility

    Mobility, flexibility and stretching movements to prepare the muscles and joints to the effort.

  • Warmup

    Muscle warm-up and cardio with different movements to prepare your body for the effort.

  • Skill and reinforcement

    Technical learning, development of a specific movement or progression in strength.
    A reinforcement section of approximately 8 minutes.

  • WOD

    The high-intensity sequence where you have to give it your all, a WOD lasts on average 15 minutes.
